We develop and refurbish commercial and residential sites and properties within the urban landscape in London and Sussex. We are passionate about design. In our opinion property should serve the local community. Buildings should be functional but they should also enhance the urban landscape, working visually and in a sustainable way to add to our enjoyment of our City into the future.

We tend not to sell our completed projects but retain and manage them. We form long term and successful relationship with our occupiers often accommodating them as their business expands and grows. We work with various specialist managing agents.
